If the tires were installed at the Crossroads factory, then if the 5th wheel was towed to a dealers lot, then the rims should've been re-torqued at some point in transient. Who re-torqued them before the OP bought it?
As for the GY blowouts, it seems that it's usually on heavier 5th wheels that are near the tires capacity.
