Lets see, lost Wheel, had studs replaced, and spare mounted down the road the spare had a blowout. OP never states location of the tire, but based on store going to assume door/passenger side of rig.
Once again a trip to the scales is in order. Thre spare may have been underinflated, but would assume the repairman would have checked.
As far the OP being upset about what the tire change guy said about the lug nuts being overtightened, he was most likely just putting down possible causes. And you'd definitely have to list that as a primary cause.
