I've been pretty active on the Crossroads Forum since we bought ours earlier this year. The previous Crossroads rep left the company (and the forum) and there doesn't seem to be any liaison anymore. Members are pretty grumpy about it.
Still, it wouldn't hurt to share your experience over there too.
