Cedar Creek simply has THE BEST after-the-sale customer service iv'e ever come across which in my view is the most important thing as you simply cannot rely on a dealer, they sell things and after it's sold and the profit is made they aren't interested in anything to do with that product after as the manufacturer does not pay the dealer what they want for the repairs and then take that fiver to a different dealer and see how they react, you didn't buy it here, why should I service it? Being able to deal with Cedar Creek directly you avoid all that hassle as they are in YOUR corner! As an example of CC's dedication to their "creekers" last fall the clear-coat on my 07' Daydreamer was flaking off in patches and they completely re- clear-coated my Daydreamer at no cost and at my convinence because they "didn't want one of their trailers looking like that in public" aside from that when fixing various things or up-grading CC'S tech guys are always there to help. Do yourself a favor and buy a Cedar Creek and join the "creekers"!
