Centerpoint Air Suspension & Ride Height Adjustment

Hoping those with the Trailair Centerpoint air suspension could help me with the following. I'm curious if you could use the trailair system as a side to side leveling tool once you've disconnected...

I have never noticed any change in height when adding air or removing air but I have one valve stem not two. I have the early model of trailair center point suspension.
