cant stress enough having an inspection done. They found the front A/C unit was bad and a few small things. Owner paid to replace the A/C and its all good.
I didn't realize that the 365 units were flat tops where these models taper down at the end. I plan to put a lot of solar panels up top so hopefully it will still work fine.
