I owned a 176, then a 276C. I think I had the 276 for a good 8 years or more.
I loved that form factor and the menu structure, and the buttons.
I sold the 276c when the screen started going dim. I bought a 478 to replace it.
All 3 of the above GPS units I bought on Ebay as barely used unit and saved a ton of money vs buying new at a store.
Once you use that style GPS at the level I used it, as well as a lot of motorcyclists/OHV enthusiasts, everything else in a standalone GPS unit is inferior. The Montana is pretty decent, but the touch screen and menu structure takes a while to adapt to form old school "buttons"
