Yep, it doesn't take much but you have to keep up on it.
I just bought a 5th wheel Toy Hauler and replaced 2 vent caps that were crumbling due to sun deterioration and used 3 tubes of Dicor over all the seams and still need 2 more to finish the entire roof.
Not a hard job and it gives you good piece of mind knowing everything is sealed up.
