As of last month I don't worry about my rubber roof and I have zero caulking to worry about. RV Flex Armor was my solution to my failing rubber roof membrane after 5 years. Not the caulking, but the roof membrane.
Never again will I have a rubber roof longer than it would take to get it to a RV Flex Armor installer and have it sprayed. Caulking how many feet of----I don't have those anymore either. Just wash it when dirty if you want to.
