I can see maybe what the Service Manager was saying about a slip shod caulk/Eternabond repair job. When we were looking last year, we looked at a few '13 - '15 preowned models. I climbed up on the roofs to inspect. There were units that is was very apparent the previous owner had done a repair job and to me sent up a red flag about previous leaking. If that was true or not, of course I didn't know. But when the caulk job looks like it was applied with a broom and smeared all over, it sent a message to me that either there was a BIG leak or the guy didn't have a clue.
