Oh, one other thought, go crawl on top of some used units on that service manager's lot and see how they are kept up, I have been unimpressed with the care I have seen.
:h This is what that service mgr said;
"...they were seeing more used units showing up with improperly applied sealant products especially on the roof which affected resale value and marketability."
I've been on a many used units roofs when I had my mobilehome/rv repair business. And I've been on several RV roofs on dealers lots checking things out before I buy.
I found a 5 years old beautiful Mobile Scout that the interior was like new. The wife and I always wanted one.
However I crawled up on the rear ladder and was met by long 4" white bandaid strips of Eternabond done the sides and across front and rear cap to roof lap joints and all the roof jacks and fixtures. I didn't bother to look farther and see if the job was done professionally. It was a deal killer for me.
