If I were to be looking at a used RV and Eternabond was used, I wouldn't assume that there had been a problem because I've read enough forum posts to know that a lot of owners have used the product to prevent problems. I will probably put Eternabond on my roof seams even though I haven't had a problem and the trailer is kept inside when not on the road. With any used RV, I've be looking very carefully for any evidence of water leaks.
