Choosing a fifth wheel.

I traded in a 2011 F250 a few months ago. My biggest trouble with the truck was the pin weight. I had to but air bags on, and knew if I had to do that I knew I was way overweight. Ford F250s need a towing package, as well as towing package.. Other wise they are not really adequate with a 5th wheel. Mine was the diesel, so had plenty of power to tow, but just could not hold the load. Want to upgrade the 5th to larger unit, so bought F350 dRW with 6.7. Cannot believe the difference the DRW and also long bed over SRW, and short bed. You must go off the tag on door and don't go over it and you will be fine.
