Cleaning front cap...how do I get these streaks off?

I am trying to clean the front cap and can't seem to get these streaks to come off. I bought the Wash Wax All kit but it does not seem to be taking them off. It will lighten them up a little but tha...

Trust those that say clean the roof first. The streaks originate from the dirt on the roof. A good wash and wax on the roof 1x/year should take care of new streaks along with hosing the roof off on a regular basis. A cleaner wax or if necessary a buffing compound then wax of your choice will work on the streaks in the picture.
