Cleaning front cap...how do I get these streaks off?

I am trying to clean the front cap and can't seem to get these streaks to come off. I bought the Wash Wax All kit but it does not seem to be taking them off. It will lighten them up a little but tha...

Nothing removes black streaks better.

Just don't use it full strength! it's really powerful stuff. No need to say how I know.....Just take my word for it!
