Cleaning front cap...how do I get these streaks off?

I am trying to clean the front cap and can't seem to get these streaks to come off. I bought the Wash Wax All kit but it does not seem to be taking them off. It will lighten them up a little but tha...

Which is exactly why I used the Spic n Span and Murphys Soap! Dawn alone would be fine! At one time Dicor recommended the Dawn dish soap but I see they have their own specialized cleaners now!
