Cleaning the awning
Just so everyone knows, I ABSOLUTELY hate doing this chore. However, it does make the beast look even better!

It works great but without an eight foot stepladder it's hard to get at the top of the awning. It was suggested that we use a power washer with a cleaning solution. We intend to try it.
