Just so everyone knows, I ABSOLUTELY hate doing this chore. However, it does make the beast look even better!

My neighbor across the street melted his awning trying to clean it with Armor-All.
Tried to claim it was defective, but the dealer was not as stupid as he seems to assume. Then he tried to scam the insurance company. He finally bought new fabric and made his wife and kid install it (afraid of ladders).
