Cleaning the awning
Just so everyone knows, I ABSOLUTELY hate doing this chore. However, it does make the beast look even better!

I have to say, DutchmanSport showed us how easy it was to clean the awning using the Magic Eraser....super easy, not a lot of effort, and it's still spotless after months. Doesn't use any chemicals and it took 20 minutes to do the entire thing. It works, and no damage to your awning. Thanks DutchmanSport...I've passed this tip on to all my camping friends.
