Just so everyone knows, I ABSOLUTELY hate doing this chore. However, it does make the beast look even better!

CLR just came out with a mold & mildew remover that works great and has no bleach in it. Spray on, let sit for a few minutes, and rinse off. Let awning dry thoroughly before rolling up again.
