Coachman Chaparral

We love ours! Had a few problems... TV died, water heater had crack that only leaked "sometimes" finally found it! Only complaint from Coachman was...poorly sealed shower door and found (the hard way) 2 screws up through the floor.

My wife loves our Coachmen Brookstone. The Brookstone and the Chapperal are made on the same line. I hope your parents enjoy their Coachmen as much.

We've had ours out 3x now and it gets easier every time. Except for the thermostat being in the factory test setting, everything has been first class and no need to visit the dealer yet.

We purchased the one In our signature in March and we really like it. We have only done a couple of weekends so far but are heading to Colorado soon. We haven't had any issues other than loose exterior trim around front but it was fixed easily and quickly.

Thanks for all of the responses. My folks bought a new 26RLS and take delivery sometime early May. They are moving up from a Lance pickup camper and I think they will enjoy the extra space. We already have 4 trips planned this summer! Now if the weather would just start to cooperate.

We purchased ours new and have had no major problems. Replaced a roof vent and the converter. Do some minor repairs. We are weekenders and vacationers and keep it in a shed. High end units are nice but I prefer the Chaparal and spend the rest on other stuff.

I bought my 2012 in Oct. of 2011 and they already owned them.
