We looked at 320RS today and really liked the floor plan, the salesman said it was a step up from the Forest River Cedar Creek, I'm not sure about that. Anyway I did some research and the axle is 60...

I own a 2014 Columbus 295RL (about 35 ft). It is not constructed like the Cedar Creek at all, so I don't understand why the comparison was made by the salesman. We love ours and have had very few problems in our year and a half of ownership. Took it to the dealer one time for minor service.
We looked at the Cedar Creeks and Silverbacks. We liked the Columbus better, but it was simply laid out like we wanted it. If the Cedar Creek or Silverback met our individual needs as well as the Columbus, I would have had no problem buying either one.
Buy the floor plan that best fits your needs, as well as the decor you like best. I think any of them are likely to meet your needs. Good luck. Keith
