Please do yourself a favor and look at all the posts about front living room units. Lots of negative comments from super high pin weights to having to climb steps all the time.
I am familiar with the quality Arctic Fox puts into their RV's. I don't believe Arctic Fox has a Front Living 5th wheel floorplan.
While I don't have or desire a FL floorplan they are certainly a viable option for many.
I imagine those that complain about steps and storage obviously don't own front living models. There are certainly more factors to consider than just steps and outside storage
