Considering TH with challenging tow
Looking at giving up the TC for TH for the sand. Problem:Towing with a GMC 4500 4x4. Stock box height is 69". Replacing the box for flat bed is a no go wife says. So looking at triple axle 30-32' ...

Don't get me wrong. I love my TC and I have many uses for it. But, call me a sissy. I hate the cold. So TC works great when weather is warm and suitable to sit out side and relax. But I am wanting to go camping in the winter months and am not comfortable sitting in the bench seat around the kitchen table. I want a recliner (couch) that I can sit inside read, watch move and be comfortable.
Oh would I ever love to own a TC with a rear slide reclining couch. Thats the ticket. But I can't touch one of those for less than $15,000.
Can't justify that much money right now, when there are so many other 5ers and pull behinds for what I thought may work for around $10,000.
Maybe in 10yrs I will be able to justify a double or triple slid. I need more space.
By the way, I notice you have a very nice set up.
