Your 2007 KOMFORT probably has the single mode converter/charger that only generates a constant 13.6VDC which will take many hours to re-charge a battery. These are also known to boil out your battery system fluids over time as well. Something yo should be checking on a scheduled basis.
If this is the case you really should think about installing a smart mode type converter/charger unit. The Progressive Dynamics models are very popular among the RV Campers. I changed out my WF8945 to a PD9260C a few years back. This recharges my 50% discharged three battery bank in around three hours time using smart mode charging techniques.
The battery terminals will read 12.6-7 VDC when fully charged and you should never let them get discharged below 12.0VDC. If you read your battery while plugged into shore power it will read the DC OUTPUT of your converter/charger unit. You need to make DC VOLTAGE measurements on the battery terminals while the trailer is not connected to shore power to know for sure what the level actually is...

Also for a battery voltage reading to meaningful, the battery should be a rest for 24hrs. No charge or dis-charge during that period. If it then reads 12.6-12.7 volts it is in usable condition. Below that indicates that it should be replaced.
