I found the converter, it was behind the fuse panel, it is a WF-9855.
I had the camper plugged in to charge the battery for 3 days and the lights still seemed a little dim. I took the battery out of the camper and tested it, it said 12 point something volts.
I then put the battery on a trickle charger for about 8 hours and tested it again and it said 13.42 volts. I will put the battery in the camper again and see if the lights get dim again.
