I have gone where most will no go. I am in the process of adding a 2nd drive axle. I am doing the work myself. As you can tell from the pics. I have came a long ways. I just have the bed work to finish the project. I will be extending the bed & dully fenders to have a full bed. Let me know what you think.The reason I am doing this is to handle the toy hauler better on the road.

To each, their own. :) The truck is definitely quite a beast. :BWith the tripple trailer axles, especially with them positioned so far forward on the trailer as yours are, with all or most of the garage area behind the trailer axles, I can't imagine the pin weight of the trailer being too much for a single dually axle to handle.How are you intending to connect the driveshaft between the 2 rear axles?

Iam planing on useing a NV-200 transfur case to tie it all to geather. That is another phase of the project. I just wanted to get the truck done as it is my only truck I got to tow hauler with. It takes time to sit down and put these pictures in photo bucket & link them to RV.net. And you need a pc to do this. I got so use to my iPhone. And that is all I use. So in the next coming days. I will fire the pc up. And put the most resent pics up. The vans are what I just finished up. But I put new four post lift up yesterday. And I got itch to start another project. ????. Not sure what that will be.

PS: the P. A. Dot did not crack me on the dodge. I jumped threw there hoops. And got what they needed done. And I still use it to tow my toy hauler.

This thread is so old that most of the pics are gone. Is there any way to see all of the pics and get updates on everything? I love this kind of stuff and only wish that I had the mad skills needed to accomplish this stuff.
