I'm a "stock" type person. I want my stuff to be in stock condition. I can't imagine the weeping and gnashing of teeth it would of taken me to take the cutting wheel to my nice blue diesel truck but you did it and have the talent to change it to a professionally built work horse... You have revived the wimpy "technician" moniker to the old standard of a true mechanic...........
Not to flame you folks who are considered techicains or think of yourselves as such but in old times a technitian was one who worked at a bench dressed in white. Now the rubbish collector is considered a refuse technition. OK, when we take our vehicles to a shop and the problem is in the computer connection, that needs a technetion to figure out the problem but for a brake job or any other mechanical problem it takes a mechanic... I once took my truck to a brake "specialist" to have a rotor turned. I told him which wheel and no other was needed. The bill was rediculasly high. When I ask why I was told the "technition" needed spicial tools to do the job. I've done it myself before with a small screwdriver and a larger screwdriver.. The word is so over rated and over charged..... As always..IMO...
Hey, look at me... I'm a poster technition... :)
