Converting my dully to a 10 wheel drive to handle Toyhauler

Didnt think i would post on this tread. But, did you know/ have an idea if you would be able to street legal the 3 axle dodge? Im not by any means trying to be debbie downer, but the to be radiclly changing a vehicle to go down highways and city streets. You probly should have checked out all the regulations. But i dont live in WA either so maybe things are alittle more laxed up there.
