I have gone where most will no go. I am in the process of adding a 2nd drive axle. I am doing the work myself. As you can tell from the pics. I have came a long ways. I just have the bed work to finish the project. I will be extending the bed & dully fenders to have a full bed. Let me know what you think.The reason I am doing this is to handle the toy hauler better on the road.

To each, their own. :) The truck is definitely quite a beast. :BWith the tripple trailer axles, especially with them positioned so far forward on the trailer as yours are, with all or most of the garage area behind the trailer axles, I can't imagine the pin weight of the trailer being too much for a single dually axle to handle.How are you intending to connect the driveshaft between the 2 rear axles?

Iam planing on useing a NV-200 transfur case to tie it all to geather. That is another phase of the project. I just wanted to get the truck done as it is my only truck I got to tow hauler with. I didn't get out and see the running gear. But I will, and take a few pictures.
This thing is a Beast..........And doubt it's a "6x6", doesn't look like it anyway. But still a huge project like the Dodge.

Sorry for delay guys. Computer is down. Using iPhone for now. I am still working on truck. It has towed trailers real nice. Haven't towed fith wheel yet. In pocess of putting automated air ride system on for axles & air ride hitch. Will update with pics soon.

I expect to see this on an upcomming edition of TRUCKS.. I think it's pretty sweet, I hope it treats you well when it's all done. You need to take some Video of you putting it through some tests..

How Long is it now? How is the turning radius on it? Any regrets or things you'd have done different looking back?
