I have gone where most will no go. I am in the process of adding a 2nd drive axle. I am doing the work myself. As you can tell from the pics. I have came a long ways. I just have the bed work to finish the project. I will be extending the bed & dully fenders to have a full bed. Let me know what you think.The reason I am doing this is to handle the toy hauler better on the road.

To each, their own. :) The truck is definitely quite a beast. :BWith the tripple trailer axles, especially with them positioned so far forward on the trailer as yours are, with all or most of the garage area behind the trailer axles, I can't imagine the pin weight of the trailer being too much for a single dually axle to handle.How are you intending to connect the driveshaft between the 2 rear axles?

Iam planing on useing a NV-200 transfur case to tie it all to geather. That is another phase of the project. I just wanted to get the truck done as it is my only truck I got to tow hauler with. New Pics of new project.I will be putting a sleeper for kids in between cab and bed for when we are driving. Solves that question of people riding in hauler. The motor is a Cummins NTC 350 putting out around 1600 pounds of torque stock.I am hoping the hills to be no more problem. The best part is the motor only got 25000 miles & 1700 hours on it. Hopefully Penndot dont beat me up on plates. Someone tole me I can regester it has a toter home making it cheap on plates. Will keep you all updated has I progress. Thanks for looking

I guess you won't have a problem "washing" the toys! Finding them after they are washed (away) maybe...lol
Might make some extra cash if you set up as a mobile wash station too.

Too cool, are you adding another set of tires to this one as well?

I havent finished the drive train yet. But here is some pics of a new toyhauler Iam building. I found this with a big Cummins 350 in it with only 2500 miles on it. Plus it has a real jake break.

We passed through Washington Friday evening on our way home to Ohio from Thanksgiving in Uniontown.

(I noticed your 6 X 6 decal on the rear of the truck. Now it appears you will need to change that to 10 X 10. Enjoy and great job!)
