- justafordguyExplorerLooks much more level, great job.
PS, do yourself a favor and replace those tires ASAP. ;) - Garyl53ExplorerI would definately add these (or equivalent):

I didn't, wish I had, having bent spring hangers fixed next week plus added bracing. - alexleblancExplorermight want to look at adding cross bracing between the hangars to stiffen it up a bit.
- goducks10ExplorerThis is why I don't like the LCI Correct Track setup.
Shorter shackles would definitely help with the flex.

I'd rather add a 2" sub frame. - N-TroubleExplorerYeah I would be really carful with sharp turns on pavement. You will be putting a lot more stress on things.
- bpoundsNomadI think that's a little scary. I don't think the blocks are a problem. I'm okay with blocks up to 1" or 2". Thing is, the blocks combined with the drop of the Correct Track system is really going to stress the shackle hangers. Those are the weak link IMO.
A good thing is that they provide spacer blocks to reinforce the legs of the shackle hangers, and they are good sized structural tubing. I watched the video of the system that Gary Bunzer hosted. They only showed a few seconds of installation detail, but the tech did not install the spacers. I knew that couldn't be right, so I checked the kit on the Lippert site and saw the spacers.
The alignment system is a nice feature. Hope it all works out well for you. I don't want to imply that it won't. Just throwing out some discussion. There are ways to reinforce the shackle hangers if you ever need to. - N-TroubleExplorerAnd better LT tires. Just went trough axle flip, Dexter EZ Flex w/wetbolt and HD shackles and did LT tires (Bridgestone Duravis R250) at the same time. Now sits level when towing but yeah step in height is definately noticeable. Luckily we had a nice portable step from our last trailer
- alexleblancExplorerlooks good, must tow a lot better now that it's level!

Did you have the blocks made or from some other source?

Did you do the work yourself? If so can you provide a step-by-step? Did you do just one side of one axle at a time? I may need to do this to mine as well as I've got a new truck on order and it's going to be taller than what my setup is now. Thanks! - garyp4951Explorer III
