I suggest you consider Discount Tire for your tires. Costco would NOT provide steel stems on the tires (I had to supply), no road hazzard warranty and generally made the changeout difficult. Discount on the other hand provided steel stems at $3.00 each provided road hazzard insurance if I wanted, let me park next to their building, balanced all tires and replaced all tires with their manpower, filled with Nitrogen N/C, and generally I had a pleasant experience.
I have had a different experience here with Costco. While I did have to bring them the tires due to limited parking, they supplied steel valve stems, a road hazard warranty, balancing and nitrogen. This was for the BFG tires I bought in 2011 and they repeated this service for the Michelins that were installed this year in place of the recalled BFG's. The local Discount also had no room for my rig to park and tried to sell me Carlisle tires.
There's 4 Costco(s) within about 5-6 miles of me.
An equal number of interpretations of Costco Company Policy.
Like Forrest Gump and the box of chocolates..:W
The former Taco Bell guy at Discount Tire tried to sell you the Carlisles, 'cause that's what they are told trailers should have.
Posters on here "furnish" the Discount Tire *ST* Mantra (by Carlisle) as what is "right".
Yeah, right!.:S
