I'm having the same issue with my new Sandpiper 365SAQ. I just bought it and was testing out the furnace. At 30 degrees it won't heat up past 60 degrees. When I called Forest River they said yep thats normal. It has a 35k heater with 4 vents in a 42' trailer with 9' ceilings and 4 slides. I bought a Mr heater Big Buddy and it helps a bunch.
