If it's like my 2004 Everest you don't really have a "crank". If it's hydraulic like mine, there is a plug on the end of the pump that you are suppose to be able to slide a hex tool into to spin the pump manually with a drill motor. My pump is up against the wall to the front storage so there is a plug in the wall so you can come in thru the wall with an extension to turn the pump. That crank handle you have, if it's like the Everest is for the front landing gear manual lift.
