First, they have to identify the root cause. I suspect frame failure. Fix the cause, then replace the side wall since it is highly likely there is more than a simple crack. Most mfgs will not do that, and may opt to cut out the bad section, put a seam top to bottom covered by some sort of rubber/plastic strip adding just a small section of new siding.
A good body shop that specalizes in fiberglas repairs can also fix it to look like new.
