cross bracing

Question

When advice has been given to fellow forum members concerning lifting their 5er and welding a sub frame everyone wisely advises adding cross bracing. Can some of you who have done this provide some pictures or diagrams. Thank you as I am trying to visualize what it should look like.

If you can weld I would say install a 2x2 square tubing between the hanger brackets. The X-Factor is good if you do not have access to a welder or cannot weld.
