I've owned two CR units, each for 7 yrs. Both were ok quality and a good value. Had to switch to a toyhauler due to my wife's health. Quality in just about every RV is terrible these days and across the price range. Demand is up and quality is down. When it comes to fixing problems, dealer support with good techs is critical. As for manufacture support, CR has gotten worse compared to years ago, but they are certainly not alone.
You might consider a used unit initially where there is no expectation of warranty support from dealer or manufacturer and the previous owner has fixed the big issues. Units built in 2011 and earlier were built when the RV industry was building lower volumes.
