Our Vengeance 39R12 has been a great unit for us so far. Only issues in our first year was a badly leaking shower I fixed with some silicone, and the outside cable hook up doesn't work which I may never fix as I don't really use it.
I try and watch for things like that also, access to different areas of the hauler when slides are in and access to frig when slide is in or having frig slide on curb side so it can be run out without being in traffic.
