How long do you wish to dry camp? If you want to watch TV using a 12 volt TV or use of a inverter (12 volt to 110V) I tend to think your batteries will be dead after only a few days.
When we dry camp its fridge and lights on for a bit at night only. Even then, we only turn one light on at a time when moving around the trailer. The furnace fan runs on 12V and can quickly drain batteries if used much. On cool nights we set it rather low so it comes on only a bit just to take the chill out.
Your wife probably will be happier if you have a generator to run all your lights, TV, stereo etc. Unless its a large 2000W or better generator you won't be able to run the Air conditioner or possibly the microwave but everything else will work.
