Used to use a magnetic bullet level on the old fiver under the front.
This one has plastic\fiberglass\aluminum covers on everything so no exposed steel for my bullet.
Simple ,don't move it around. We used to camp with folks who's wife when they were spotting she would go up and move that type around I guess to see if it changes ,never figured that one out. We use a 2 footer and lay it on the floor of the unit either direction but mainly for side to side, we can also use it accross the front edge of the pinbox to get in the ball park. just our honest opinion Jb
