Custom receiver mount basket bike rack combo
I've seen a custom made generator bike rack combo that is for a receiver mount for a trailer / fifth wheel but I can't find the picture can anybody help ?

That might work. I did see one that had a rack on top of the basket and the bikes mounted to it by the wheels. There were 4 corner post going up the across the top boxing it in. Then the mounts were welded to the top
