Just pop out the screens, then clean and discard the flies. While the screen is off, carefull clean the blades, top and bottom, with a mild cleaner, diluted dish soap works well. after cleaning, pop the screens back in, and realize how much quieter the fan runs. If you don't have pop-out screens, remove edge screws to remove. Buy pop-outs as soon as possible.
