Dealer ???

DW and I have been considering new rig and have made decision on mfg. and model. Looking at dealers, best prices (before starting negotiations ) are with two dealers that, when researched for reviews, are unsavory. One complaint was for delivering a fiver that was not the same one originally sold (different VIN, options). Both are a distance, so I wouldn't be using them for repairs if needed. How tightly would you hold your nose to get what you think is best price?
