We just parked next to a person who had a 2008 Montana and it was doing the same thing. His wife sent a registered letter to Keystone and they agreed to correct the problem. The couple was taking their trailer to the Montana facility on Monday and was staying the night in their own camper in the service lot while the service was being done.
The wife reminded me that it was polite letter basically stating that their camper was like a rolling bill board and that it would look bad to potential buyers to see decals coming off of their trailers so soon.
Good luck,

This is the e-mail I sent Keystone...
Dear Keystone RV,
We own a 2010 Keystone Raptor 361LEV. All of the decals have started to peel off. I have tried to maintain the RV as best I can but the decals still continue to peel off and the Raptor as a whole looks terrible. Even the name "RAPTOR" and "KEY PERFORMANCE" is starting to peel off. I realize the unit is out of warranty. However, I know these very visible problems do not convey the kind of quality Keystone RV wants prospective buyers to see in their products, especially in ones that are no older than mine. So, I thought I'd bring this to your attention to see if there is anything we can do to remedy this situation. I have included several pictures of the defects. Please e-mail or call me at 000-000-0000 and I will be very happy to provide you any further information you need to help get the ball rolling on resolving this issue.
