I don't remember if he called or wrote a letter but my brother has a 2004 Montana that had the front decal peel off a couple years ago. Keystone sent him a new decal at no charge and he had to remove the remainder of the original & install the new. He bought the RV new but the RV was several years out of warranty. I also own a 2012 Keystone Cougar HC & wonder why they will replace some decals out of warranty and not others.
