I have a 2010 mountaineer that started the same peeling. I called them and it was out of warranty by 6 months.I was as nice as I could be and they responded that they would send me replacements at no cost,I would have to pay to have them installed.I told them in a nice manner that was not acceptable and after being put on hold for a couple of minutes I was told they would also pay to install them.I also got my dealer involved to help out some.I had no real problems dealing with Keystone customer service.They took care of me and I would have no problem buying from them again.
