Why not call Keystone instead of an email. Sometimes talking to a person can get better understanding of the problem, more sympathy & potentially better results. Any major issue I've ever had I've always called and we have always been able to come to an agreed resolution. Not saying they'd still replace them but they have sent others new stickers outside of warranty.
