We have an 2007 Cougar, Keystone sent us in September all the deacals for our 5th Wheel for free. I sent an email and requested them. They asked me to send picutres, I did, They then asked for more pictures of certain areas so I sent them as well. All of a sudden here they were one day. It took about 3 months total to get them. But we did for free. I got new decals for the whole trailer.
So keep up hounding them.
