I've found Keystone to have very good customer service. I had peeling graphics on my '08 Fuzion after the 3rd year of ownership, and well out of warranty. I sent an inquiry via the Keystone Customer Service link on their website, asking how I could obtain/order a new set of graphics. They asked for pictures and sent a parts list of the graphics I needed. In a couple of weeks, three boxes arrived at my front door with new stickers; at no cost to me. In my opinion, Keystone has great customer service. When/If I replace my ’08 Fuzion, Keystone will be my top pick.
